Welcome Welcome to the ABA Approved Law School List Contract. This agreement governs the relationship between the American Bar Association (ABA) and participating law schools in the creation and maintenance of the ABA approved law school list.

Contract Terms Conditions

This contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between the American Bar Association, a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal place of business at 321 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60654-7598 ("ABA"), and the participating law schools, hereinafter referred to as "Parties."

WHEREAS the ABA is responsible for accrediting law schools in the United States in accordance with its standards and rules;

WHEREAS the ABA maintains a list of law schools that have been approved by the ABA, hereinafter referred to as the "ABA Approved Law School List";

WHEREAS the Parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract in order to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the ABA Approved Law School List;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. ABA Approved Law School List

1.1 ABA, sole discretion, shall maintain publish list law schools approved ABA. The ABA Approved Law School List shall be updated on a regular basis in accordance with the ABA`s accreditation standards and rules.
